Life in the Carpool Lane!
Can we have a little "carpool post"? If you want to carpool to something (like Thur night dinner in SLC or up to Logan on Friday for the breakfast and race) post it here. Maybe we can get an idea of where everyone is and who is going where. Going together is always more fun than going alone! :0) Kelly and I are planning on going to Chelle's, and I don't mind driving down and picking up passengers along the way. We'll be coming from the Ogden area. As for Friday morning, it would be awesome if we could hitch a ride up with our van driver or someone else. Fetching a car in Logan when we finish in Park City would be a bit of a hassle if you know what I mean. Let me know if you are all interested in carpooling. I can't wait!

I love the carpool idea! I love carpool with someone the morning of the race. I am in Brigham. I'm also wondering if someone is going back to Logan after the race is over. I don't plan on having my family come to Park City and am wondering about how to get back home. Anyone else in the same boat?
I'm in Salt Lake City and also wondering how I would go back all the way to Logan to pick up my car. I think the idea of carpooling in the vans our teams will be using would work best and we can all pitch in for gas. But I'm not sure where those vans will be coming from. Can anyone tell me? Can I carpool in your van? Please? he-he!
Maybe we could have two "park-n-ride" spots that we all meet at, then Chelle/other drivers would only have to stop twice (like maybe SLC and Ogden or something like that). Then she would only have to deliver people to SLC after the race. I don't mind driving to SLC and leaving a car there then I could take people back up to the Ogden park-n-ride when the race is over. Space may be limited, though. Maybe anyone coming from Logan area could have someone come get them in Brigham if they can hitch a ride to Brigham. It's just an idea. i dont' even know if I've made any sense here. Sorry.
Love the park and ride idea. I will be coming from Utah County friday morning. If you need a lift, I would be happy to pick you up. Let the party begin!

Jen and anybody else... I can give you a ride from Brigham City to Logan the morning of the race. I also have room for 3 or 4 people to ride home from Park City to Brigham City.

I don't know where everyone else is parking, but I can go there and park too, or If you want I can wait at the trax station on 2100 South right off of I-15. Or you all are wlecome to park outside my house which is also close to the 2100 South exit. Let me know if this would be convinient or where everyone else is meeting and I will go there! Thanks Cameo! Can't wait!
Mel--slight change of plans. Kelly said she left a comment, but I didn't see it, so I'll duplicate it. :0) She won't need a ride home from Park City, but I still will. That will free up one more seat in your vehicle. Thanks again!

we can meet at the park in ride on 2100 south no problem, sorry for the delay in getting back in touch. i just arrived in salt lake with 3 very busy boys. just let us know when to be there. thanks again.
